Human flag is the most known workout of Calisthenics and of course is one of the few exercises that grabs your attention. Many users are uploading photos doing this exercise and has it’s own hashtag “#humanflag“.
You are making your body staying up as a flag. Use a sturdy vertical pole that’s around an inch in diameter and try to sustain your body horizontally on your hands.
It takes considerable strength and lots of practice to do the human flag. You have to be incredibly strong, but you also must work specifically towards this skill. When i tried first time to do human flag, i couldn’t staying up for even a second and i have years of experience as i had been working out for most of my life.
