Arnold Dumbbell Press

Arnold Dumbbell Press is an Arnold Schwarzenegger’s exercise and he made it when he was experimented with various shoulder’s exercises.

With this exercise, where you turn your palms to your face, when you are lowing the Dumbbells, Arnold found out that this exercise has better results in front deltoids than the regular press.

Watch how to do it in the video below. With this exercise, you are going to use less weight than the classic press, because is more difficult, but has very positive results.
